Manager, Plant Operations
Responsible for assisting the Director of Plant Operations
in the management of personnel, finances, and equipment;
in the implementation of programs and policies related to
the efficient and effective operation and maintenance of
central plant and utility systems. Must be versed in Joint
Commission Environment of Care standards, NFPA standards
including the Life Safety Code, EPA, DNREC, OSHA an other
regulations as they relate to the compliant operation of
modern health care facilities.
Requires Bachelors Degree in mechanical, electrical
engineering of facilities, valid drivers license and four
years experience in a management role overseeing the
operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of
industrial electrical and mechanical systems, including
central boiler and chilled water distribution systems and

500,000 square feet. Advanced knowledge in the use of
